Warranties
Fumigation
Home fumigations are guaranteed for 3 years. The guarantee is limited to the structure fumigated only.
Local or Secondary Treatments
Local treatment for Dry Wood Termites is guaranteed for a maximum of 1 year. The guarantee is limited to the specific area of treatment only. Please note that some local treatments may not be guaranteed. Be sure to look at specific treatment recommendations in your report.
Subterranean Termite Treatment
Complete perimeter treatments for control of Subterranean Termites for the whole structure are guaranteed for 3 years. The guarantee is limited to the structure treated only.
Local or Partial Treatment
Partial Subterranean Termite treatment consists of treating only a part or parts of the structure and does not include the entire perimeter. This service is guaranteed for 1 year and is limited to the specific area of treatment only. Please note that some local treatments may not be guaranteed. Be sure to look at specific treatment recommendations in your report.
